Equinox is seeking Membership Sales Advisors for our state-of-the-art location in Chestnut Hill.

Membership Advisors are responsible for achieving or exceeding individual sales goals, renewals and ancillary service goals by pre-planning the month with strategic outreach, in-club lead generation and securing member referrals. Under the management of a General Manager, the support of a Regional Manager and a sales team of 3-4 individuals, Advisors must display, have knowledge of and participate in all the club's services, programs, and products. Advisors must keep current in knowledge of key competitors by staying abreast of trends and "shopping" competitors to compare facilities and sales trends. Above all, Advisors must have the ability to build rapport and lasting relationships with prospective and current members in order to build a strong referral base and retain members.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for selling club memberships

  • Prospect new business and clients

  • Host events and workshops for in-club lead generation

  • Achieve or exceed individual sales goals, renewals and ancillary service goals

  • Conduct pre-planning activities each month including strategic outreach, for securing member referrals

  • Build rapport and lasting relationships with prospective and current members

  • Under the leadership of a General Manager, the support of a Regional Sales Manager and a sales team, Advisors must display, have knowledge of and participate in all the club's services, programs, and products

  • Previous sales experience preferred

  • An entrepreneurial spirit

  • Confidence to perform on an incentive based salary

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Enthusiastic, energetic, personable and friendly disposition

  • Personal passion for health and fitness

  • Enjoy working within a team

  • Strong time management skills and practices

  • Willing and able to work evenings, weekends and holidays

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

Base salary along with sales commission opportunities for:

  • New membership sales (no cap)

  • Renewal membership sales

  • Ancillary sales (Spa, Personal Training, Pilates)

The Level II Hazardous Compounding Infusion Pharmacy Technician is responsible for providing technical support to pharmacy operations under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist. The Level II technician will staff in all pharmacy locations areas as required, and has additional leadership responsibilities as well. The technician's duties include, but are not limited to: compounding hazardous and non-hazardous medications, compounding pharmaceutical products, inventory management, medication tracking, compliance with regulatory standards, utilizing the various equipment and technology available in the pharmacy, and performing various quality control tasks as assigned. The Level II pharmacy technician is responsible for leading the training and orientation processes of new pharmacy employees in any pharmacy workspace as assigned. In addition to basic pharmacy responsibilities, the Level II pharmacy technician is also tasked with regulatory and compliance tasks, as well as mentoring responsibilities for lower level technicians and interns. Responsibilities * Prepare and compound hazardous and non-hazardous medications * Perform daily inventory management of medications and supplies * Use all technology required to perform daily tasks * Participate in training and orientation of pharmacy technicians * Participate in various quality control tasks * Participate in miscellaneous tasks and special projects Additional duties at the satellite locations, including but not limited to: * Receiving and ordering of medications * Daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning of the pharmacy workspaces * Restock nursing stations * Assist with investigational protocol audits Qualifications * High school graduate or currently enrolled in an accredited entry-level degree program for pharmacy or a related field. * Massachusetts Board of Pharmacy Registration as a Pharmacy Technician. * National Pharmacy Technician Certification (PTCB) must be current. * At least two years of pharmacy technician experience, with at least one year of experience in an inpatient or oncology compounding pharmacy. * Previous experience with sterile compounding is required.
