Registers new Members, sets up their Member Profiles, and schedules their orientation. Conducts tours of the facility to prospective Members as well as conducts the Member Orientations and gets all Members setup with their Health Risk Assessment and Biometrics readings.
Educates the Member of all available services, hours of operation, and how to navigate our online resources and the center's amenities. The Membership Manager also coordinates with Fitness Instructors and Trainers to organize the schedules for all Member classes, programs, and orientations. Maintains and publishes the Member Program calendar and keeps all Members updated with class and program schedules via communications, marketing, and online resources.
Bachelor's Degree, preferred. Two years in health club or healthcare setting.
Health Coach/Counseling experience. Marketing or sales experience. 3 Years Management role. Certifications a plus.
Use of your arms and legs and moving your whole body, such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, and handling of materials. Exerting up to 25 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, or pull, or otherwise move objects. Perceiving the nature of sounds with no less than 40dbloss @ Hz, and 2000Hz with or without correction. Ability to receive detailed information through oral communication and make fine discriminations in sound.
