At Firmspace, our Membership team does more than provide offices in a shared workspace. This team is the foundation of our company, providing top-notch hospitality and exceptional support to our current and prospective members. We work together to deliver an extraordinary experience, drive growth, and manage a distinctive space for our business professionals. We seek a highly motivated, organized, proactive team member to join Firmspace Atlanta as our Membership Manager.This individual fosters new memberships while collaborating with our Operations/Hospitality, Marketing, and Finance teams to successfully hit revenue and occupancy goals, execute recruitment and brand awareness initiatives, maintain smooth SOPs, and build genuine relationships with our members and local partners. This position reports to the VP of Sales and Development.
