Velocity Black is looking for a dynamic, entrepreneurial Membership Executive to continue the exponential membership growth of our Miami chapter.

As a Membership Executive you will be in charge of member acquisition and brand evangelising, working with the global membership team to make sure we continue to attract the right members, and at pace.
Under the guidance and supervision of the Membership Director, grow the Miami membership base methodically
Work on local acquisition tactics, contributing to personal, city and global membership targets
Pull together "education" events to target prospective members. You will need to be comfortable with public speaking and communicating the company vision to a wide audience
Represent the membership team at relevant events in Miami, acting as a professional face of Velocity Black
Liaise with the Membership Relations team on a day to day basis, ensuring application forms are correctly filled in and submitted, and members are onboarded efficiently
Continuously and conscientiously collate feedback from prospective members for quarterly team evaluations
2+ years' relative sales/marketing experience with a proven track record of growing a customer base
Ability to work effectively to targets
Ability to create strong relationships with prospective and current members
Extensive knowledge of the city and social scene and with a personal network of contacts
Experience using a CRM system like Salesform, Pipedrive or Hubspot
A sophisticated communicator, well presented and professional at all times
A charismatic, confident creative individual with in depth knowledge of local market place
