Schools Financial is seeking a Member Services Supervisor at our Yuba City Branch. Under the guidance of the Member Services Manager, the Supervisor is responsible for the internal operation of the unit, including adequacy and quality of member service, sales effectiveness, internal controls and security.
Exhibits leadership skills, including the ability to manage the branch in the absence of a manager for both short and long-term assignments as needed.
Promotes and maintains member service by ensuring all branch employees meet Quality Member Service and Mystery Shop goals.
Assists the manager with the overall responsibility of establishing branch and individual goals through needs-based cross selling of the Credit Unions products and services.
Advises, coaches, trains and assists branch employees, as necessary.
Is responsible for all aspects of security in accordance with Credit Unions security policy.
Skills & Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required, (business courses preferred), college level courses, or equivalent work experience required.
Minimum five years experience with a financial institution with specialized training in all facets of operations, new accounts and loans is preferred.
Two years previous supervisory or leadership experience required.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, members/customers, and the general public.
The Branch is open Monday through Friday 9-6 and Saturday 9-1.
