The Tennessee Credit Union is looking for four dynamic self-starting tellers (Member Services Representative) who are fast learners to work Monday-Friday. The right candidates will be results-oriented self-starters, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills, a professional demeanor, and a dynamic work ethic.
Emphasis will be on a proactive "helping" attitude that will translate into excellent sales/service to members. The ideal candidates will flourish in a sales environment, working to provide an exceptional experience for every member, every time.
This is a temporary position for the summer only. Benefits are not available for this position.
You will be based out of our Main Office (8th Avenue South) location in Nashville but will occasionally fill in at nearby branches in the Greater Nashville Area. Hours are generally Monday - Thursday: 8:30-5:00 ; and Friday: 8:30-6:00. Position pays $12/hr.

Duties include but are not limited to, operating and balancing a teller cash drawer, assisting members with all basic aspects of their accounts (deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, payroll, electronic access, etc.), and focusing on member service and teamwork. Must be willing and able to travel.
Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent, prior cash handling experience, and good credit history. Successful candidates will also possess the ability to simultaneously work in a telephonic and member facing environment, demonstrate the ability to adapt to change, and maintain professionalism at all times.
Good math and computer skills are strongly desired. Prior banking or credit union experience is a plus. Regular and reliable attendance is required.
