About the Role:
We are hiring a Member Services Manager to join us at Landing! In this role, you will join our Field Operations team and be responsible for success in the St Petersburg, FL. Success in this role looks like ownership. You'll own the large decisions and the small details that lead to providing an amazing member experience within your market.
About the Team:
Our Field Operations team owns the support of Member and Property needs while working closely with our host and leadership teams, who are based in our Birmingham, AL headquarters. Working together, our goal is to provide an exceptional experience for our members. Member Services Managers (MSM) report up to Hub Managers and are imperative to Landing's success.
What You'll Do:
Assume ownership and manage relationships at the designated property.
Engage with your team to meet company initiatives
Evaluate property and home condition, ensuring inventory meets Landing standards
Oversee property metrics
Prepare accommodations to meet the Landing Standard
Manage the local housekeeping team
Purchase, monitor, and manage room preparation inventory
Manage service providers
Efficiently manage bookings to create positive guest experiences
Resolve guest requests expeditiously
Inspect each unit after it is cleaned
What You Need:
Experience in hospitality, restaurant, or hotel operations
Real-time problem solving skills
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop a high degree of personal credibility at all levels of the organization.
An obsession with customer experience and satisfaction
Ability to thrive in high-growth environments and an evolving startup atmosphere
Experience using data and metrics to drive improvement
Strong organizational and leadership qualities, an over-communicator, proactive ownership style
Ability to earn trust of leadership, work independently, and drive results with minimal supervision
Hands on mentality to jump in and get things done when it counts
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some weekends and holidays
Ability to live on site
