Member Services Associate

Status: Part Time/20hr week

Summary:

Provides excellent customer service to all members and guests of the Wellness Center. Supports all front end departments including, sales, front desk, and housekeeping.

Minimum Qualifications

Formal Education Required

• High school diploma

• Post-secondary education preferred

Experience & Training Required

• One (1) year of customer service experience

• Ability to obtain CPR/AED certification within 90 days of hire

• Other Skills, Competencies and Qualifications:

• Basic to intermediate computer skills

• High level of interpersonal skills, including excellent communication skills

• Ability to maintain professional appearance and manner

• Positive attitude

• Ability to effectively interact with populations of patients/customers with an understanding of their needs and self-respect and dignity

Level of Physical Demands

• Sedentary: Exerts up to ten pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently

The salary range on this job posting/advertising is base salary exclusive of any bonuses or differentials. Many factors, such as years of relevant experience and geographical location are considered when determining the starting rate of pay.
