Position Summary

The Member Services Associate is a frontline, entry level service professionalthat will field calls from prospective and current members. The associatewill support our members by providing program and product information,entering member data, handling both inbound and outbound calls, assistingwith operations and other member service related tasks.

The associate will provide a positive experience for our members by deliveringservice in a professional and caring manner. Will also be responsiblefor follow up with members via email or phone in specific situations.When answering the phone the associate will need to take basic informationregarding the member's questions, triage to the appropriate staff andencourage prospective leads to register and utilize additional memberservices functions. Assistance with the scheduling of members for appointmentsand orientations are also the responsibility of this position.

All job duties will be carried out using a high level of customer servicewhile promoting and participating in a team atmosphere. High level ofprofessionalism is expected while promoting health and wellness both professionallyand personally.

Equipment operated: computer skills to include the use of Microsoft Officeas well as navigate and be proficient to teach and encourage members andteam how to use additional resources and services.


Bachelors degree preferred. Minimum of 1-2 years customer service experience(sales experience beneficial). Must have strong PC skills with a workingknowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Employment Variables

Mostly day hours, however, scheduled hours will vary dependent on staffingneeds of retail site. Travel may be required.
