Position Summary

Delivers the highest quality customer service to all members and guests through professional greetings, account maintenance, and extensive knowledge of Life Time products and services. Proactively meets the needs of members and accurately answer questions.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Greets and admits members and guests into the club by scanning their membership cards and responding to messages regarding their membership account

  • Enters sales transactions for members, including program, service, and payments

  • Processes member paperwork, including address changes, and electronic funds transfers

  • Answers club phone to assist with member and guest inquiries

Position Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • 6+ months of customer service experience

  • Ability to stand for minimum for 4 hours at a time

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to proficiently use a computer

Preferred Requirements

  • 6+ months of receptionist experience

Skilled Operators are hired as members of a manufacturing team. They are responsible for the handling of ingredients, materials and finished product within the manufacturing facility. Hours, Training, Schedule, and Pay * Plant Operates 24/7 (Baked and Unbaked platform) * There is a 90-calendar day orientation. * Starting Pay is $17.30 per hour. (+$0.80 an hour for night shift differential) * Upon successful completion of orientation period (90 Days) this increases to $21.63. (+$0.80 an hour for night shift differential) * You are eligible for overtime once you have completed 1 certification. (approx. 45 days) * Schedule * Third Shift 6:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. * Team Concept as you always work with same people. * On-off pattern is 2 on followed by 2 off, 3 on followed by 2 off, 2 on followed by 3 off. Cycle length is 2 weeks. * Provides 26 weekends off per year. Provides 182 days off per year not including 3 weeks' vacation and 11 holidays. * Benefits start on your first day of employment which included medical, dental, vision, life insurance, pet insurance, legal plan and other benefits. Main Responsibilities In this role, you will: * Follow all company safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment * Follow standard operating procedures to operate various pieces of high speed and/or high tech processing and packaging equipment * Troubleshoot problems with machinery and partner with maintenance staff to resolve issues * Calibrate processing and packaging systems daily to meet required specifications * Participate in start-up, change over and shut down of operating equipment * Perform change overs and End of Run cleans including disassembly and reassembly of necessary equipment * Be responsible for executing all required HACCP/quality processes and documentation * Participate in Continuous Improvement initiatives in order to increase platform performance * Diagnose and troubleshoot problems in equipment operation * Assists in training new employees * Attend meetings and trainings as required Perform additional related tasks as assigned Minimum Qualifications: * Must be 18 years of age or older * Must have the ongoing right to work in the U.S. without sponsorship * High School Diploma or GED * Must have or be willing to obtain a forklift license * Proficiency in basic computer skills * Must be able to lift 50 lbs * Must be able to perform physical tasks for extended periods of time including: standing, walking, climbing, bending, pushing, pulling and twisting over surfaces * Willing and able to work any shift schedule, including nights and weekends * Willing and able to adhere to all safety standards and wear all necessary personal protective equipment * Willing and able to adhere to all grooming requirements necessary for a food manufacturing environment Preferred Qualifications: * 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment * Demonstrated leadership ability General Mills, Inc.
