Member Service Representative
VillageCare is looking for a self-motivated Member Services Representative responsible for handling all calls that come through our call center and serves as the main point of communication for assisting members in accessing services, solving problems and communicating with other members of the Interdisciplinary Care Team. This is a Full-Time position from 9am-5pm.
Some of your daily activities will include handling incoming telephone calls and answers questions for members and providers, assisting members in accessing all necessary covered and non-covered services in conjunction with plan of care. You will be responsible for data entry authorizations under the direction of the Care Management Supervisor.
You will assist members in arranging appointments with physicians and other health care provider services. As a Member Services Representative, you will assists members in selection of participating providers that will help them improve the quality and outcomes of care.
We would like to speak to those who have 3+ years of experience in a related healthcare call center or service environment. Bilingual in Spanish, Cantonese/Mandarin, or Russian is preferred. High School Diploma Required
