In this role, you will be responsible for providing the best possible service to our members, offering top-of-the-line products, services, and financial solutions. You will have goals to meet in cross-selling, deposits, and loan production, and you will accurately process deposit and loan accounts for our valued membership.

REQUIREMENTS

The ideal candidate will have an Associate's degree and 1 year of experience as a customer service representative in the financial sector. A proven track record in loan origination, sales, and member service is essential, as well as knowledge of financial products.

Excellent communication skills, professionalism, and proficiency in computer technologies are also required. Ability to take on varied assignments and work flexible schedule, including Saturdays.
