We are looking for a Member Relationship Specialist. Being a Member Relationship Specialist starts by building relationships that are founded on people, cooperation, service and trust - and it is fundamental in how we distinguish ourselves in the financial services industry. As the face of the organization, you serve a critical role by providing exceptional service to all credit union and community members, volunteers, employees, and service providers.

As a Member Relationship Specialist, at the Mill Valley Branch, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks:

• Deepen credit union relationships through expanded services and service channels.

• Open accounts for both new and existing Members.

• Help Members with their borrowing needs, whether simple or complex,

The ideal candidate:

Has a combination of education and experience equivalent to a high school diploma

18+ months experience in a retail sales / cash handling environment.

Ability to obtain and maintain registration with the National Mortgage Licensing System and Registry in compliance with the requirements of Federal Law.

Previous financial institution experience preferred but not required (e.g. Personal Banker, Relationship Banker, Customer Service Representative/Manager, etc.).

Bilingual English/Spanish speaker desired.

Compensation: Base starting range: $23.00 to $30.00 per hour commensurate with experience. (This position is also eligible for a 15% Geographic Differential)

Our base salary starting range is based on scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills, and internal peer equity.
