About Our Team: Platform Automation
Platform Automation enables our customer's Platform Engineers to automate the installation and updating of workloads running on VMs, and collaborates with teams doing the same for workloads running in containers on top of Kubernetes. We aim to create tools and documentation that make deploying and upgrading workloads simple, fast, and consistent.
We value continuous collaboration with our users to allow for tight feedback loops when developing the product. We value test-driven development, pair programming, retrospectives, continuous integration and working at a sustainable pace. We nurture psychological safety within teams and empower them to drive the changes necessary to obtain successful outcomes. We build software and solve problems collaboratively. Teammates are always accessible to lend a helping hand remotely. Mentorship from senior engineering leadership is built into our process.
The Platform Automation team is primarily based out of Denver, and works closely with teams distributed across San Francisco, Santa Monica, Denver, New York, and Seville. For this role, we're looking for someone who can collaborate closely with teammates in Mountain Time.
