As a Member Marketing Activator, you will be responsible for driving company success by performing the following tasks to the highest standard:
Provides excellent customer service to all owners and members during inbound and outbound calls
Responsible for accurate data entry.
Performs outbound sales calls to assist potential guests, owners, and members with activating reservations and confirming their arrival information.
Updates reservations system with detailed notes regarding all guest information and reservations
Immediately informs management of any escalated issues while handling guest calls.
Learns and delivers a branded and scripted presentation and qualification pitch.
Provides accurate and comprehensive answers to customer questions for all products and services provided by the company.
Schedule Details:
Monday through Friday position, hours between 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent.
A minimum of six (6) months of experience in the telemarketing, customer service, and/or marketing field is required.
Ability to meet efficiency standards.
Self-motivated with a driven spirit
Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Excellent customer service skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in time management; the ability to coordinate and prioritize.
