As a Member Marketing Activator, you will be responsible for driving company success by performing the following tasks to the highest standard:

• Provides excellent customer service to all owners and members during inbound and outbound calls

• Responsible for accurate data entry.

• Performs outbound sales calls to assist potential guests, owners, and members with activating reservations and confirming their arrival information.

• Updates reservations system with detailed notes regarding all guest information and reservations

• Immediately informs management of any escalated issues while handling guest calls.

• Learns and delivers a branded and scripted presentation and qualification pitch.

• Provides accurate and comprehensive answers to customer questions for all products and services provided by the company.

Schedule Details:

Monday through Friday position, hours between 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

• A minimum of six (6) months of experience in the telemarketing, customer service, and/or marketing field is required.

• Ability to meet efficiency standards.

• Self-motivated with a driven spirit

• Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

• Excellent customer service skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Proficient in time management; the ability to coordinate and prioritize.
