The Member Lounge Destination Concierge position requires a dynamic, innovative, passionate yet flexible and service-oriented professional who is extremely organized and familiar with local amenities and activities. This individual will build a positive rapport with our membership by actively anticipating their needs while professionally communicating all pertinent information to the member and destination team. The Member Lounge Destination Concierge is often the first point of contact for our members after they reach the destination. As such, this team member must always be upbeat, professionally attired and ready to exceed member and team expectations while working in a fast-paced environment.


  • Ensure consistent communication with Destination Manager, Hospitality Services Manager and the destination team. Key areas of communication include daily arrivals and departures, the status of residences, member requests, logging member visits to the Lounge

  • Create and maintain a weekly logbook

  • Opening and closing Member Lounge

  • Answering phones, welcoming members, supporting the destination team

  • Assist with Member Lounge operations as directed by Destination Manager and Hospitality Services Manager and Member Lounge Supervisor

  • Provide extraordinary service delivery for members from planning to execution, creating memorable experiences by staying abreast of new updates and procedural changes

  • Member Lounge Destination Concierge may also assist with complete trip management:

  • Member (Pre-arrival): Review member resume with special notes, reach out to the planner or personal vacation advisor for any clarification, reach out to the member prior to the members' arrival, review their personalized itinerary double checking everything and finalize any last minute requests

  • Member (Prior to Arrival): Conduct pre-arrival housekeeping/maintenance inspection and stage home for arrival to include stocking home with groceries. Communicate with Personal Vacation Advisor, members and guests to finalize and personalize an itinerary

  • Member (Arrival): Grocery shopping, delivery of groceries, amenity presentation with a notecard, residence inspection, meet and greet, residential orientation, itinerary review for accuracy, review housekeeping schedule, confirm any last minute additions or changes

  • Member (Stay): Accessible for all special requests or changes in schedules, accessible for emergency response and on-call duties, 1st-morning follow-up call, mid-stay call, preparation of member incidental folio

  • Member (Departure): Presentation of member incidental folio for signature prior to departure, confirm departure time and transportation times with member and transportation company, wish member a fond farewell with safe travels and a speedy return (when possible be at the residence to assist with luggage and ensure arranged transportation is prompt). Post recap to Denver office. Personal thank you letter when applicable, pictures and stories for Inspirato marketing if permissible by members

Required Skills:

Candidate must meet the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree; preferably in hospitality management or business administration

  • Hospitality and guest service experience, including a solid knowledge of the local area

  • Ability to interact in a foreign language is a plus, particularly Spanish or French

Product Sales and Services Call Center Concierge Supervisor, FT-Year Round The Product Sales and Services (PSS) Call Center Concierge Supervisor is responsible for the overall guest service experience when dealing with both internal and external guests. World-class guest service focuses on quality control, increased sales generation through exceptional understanding of product offerings and scope of services throughout the resort. The supervisor will manage daily operations and communications for the Call Center Concierge location. This position requires a full knowledge of our products and services offered on both Vail and Beaver Creek Resorts. We are looking for a guest service oriented individual with strong leadership skills who is positive, outgoing, operates with a high level of computer proficiency, has a passion for the outdoors, is well disciplined, detail oriented, and takes pride in their work. Responsibilities Include, (but are not limited to): * Supervise phone sales of lift tickets/passes, ski & snowboard school private and group lesson products, food and beverage reservations, Adventure Ridge activity reservations and general information about both Vail and Beaver Creek Resorts. * Oversee guest information services over the phone. * Maintain answer rates, call tracking, and other call center initiatives/metrics outlined by management. * Administer reservations for PSS products and/or on-mountain restaurants and activities. * Required ability to troubleshoot and solve problems arising from guest dissatisfaction. * Expand understanding of underlying computer systems and product functionality in order to efficiently answer questions and resolve issues. * Monitor and maintain sales facilities, equipment and accompanying employee resources. * Maintain appropriate office supplies and ensure tracked spending falls within expense budget. * Oversee all opening/closing and sales functions in a fiscally accurate and timely manner, additionally comply with and fully implement all regulations. * Manage administrative needs for the office, including but not limited to staff hiring and termination, employee documentation and payroll. * Responsible for training, supervising and developing staff, while upholding company policies and procedures. * Manage labor budget and staff schedules based upon business volume and guest service levels. * Provide on-going job performance feedback and coaching to staff and complete mid-season and end-of-season performance appraisals. * Facilitate sales or redemption of travel agent, wholesale and advance purchase tickets, passes and ski & snowboard school products. * Create a positive and professional work environment and assist with other duties as assigned. Qualifications: * High School graduate or equivalent - required. * Associate's or Bachelor's Degree – preferred. * Fluent in all aspects of English - required. * Two years guest service experience - required. * Ability to communicate professionally - required. * Computer experience (Windows XP, Excel, Microsoft Word proficiency) - required. * At least one year Product Sales and Services Department and Resort Point-of-Sale experience - preferred. * Previous supervisory experience - preferred. * Spanish speaking ability - preferred. * Resume required with application - required.
