Member Experience Specialist (Personal Banker)

JOB AD DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a dedicated and member-focused Member Experience Specialist to join our branch team. As a Member Experience Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional experience to our clients, handling their financial needs, and promoting our products and services.

Essential Functions

• Greet and assist members in a friendly and professional manner

• Provide personalized assistance and guidance to members in managing their finances effectively.

• Promote and cross-sell banking products and services to meet members' financial goals.

• Open and close accounts, process loan applications, and assist with other financial services as needed.

• Resolve member concerns and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

• Maintain accurate records of transactions and ensure compliance with banking regulations and procedures.

• Support the Credit Union's business development efforts by soliciting new memberships at the branch and local businesses, attends SEG visits and performs outbound calls.

• Assist the call center when needed.

• Collaborate with team members to achieve branch goals and targets.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in banking or customer service roles preferred.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills

• Proficiency in MS Office and banking software applications

• Proficient in 10-key and typing skills.

• Knowledge of banking products, services, and regulations

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times

• Dependable
