Successful candidates must demonstrate problem-solving skills to resolve member concerns promptly. Attention to detail is crucial for maintaining accurate transaction records and ensuring compliance with banking regulations. Additionally, collaborating with team members, supporting business development efforts, and actively engaging in achieving branch goals are key components of this role.

A willingness to assist the call center as needed and engage in outbound calls is also beneficial.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Prior experience in banking or customer service roles preferred.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills

• Proficiency in MS Office and banking software applications

• Proficient in 10-key and typing skills.

• Knowledge of banking products, services, and regulations

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
