The Pro Health Member Assistant is responsible and accountable for providing Quality / No Harm, Customer Experience, and Stewardship by servicing the needs of the members through orientations, education, instruction, and evaluation in the area of health and fitness.
Reception and registration of members.
Telephone inquiries regarding Pro Health & Fitness facility.
Appointment setting for Pro Health services.
Maintaining laundry and making sure towels are stocked, locker room checks.
Conducting tours of the facility and answers all questions about Pro Health services.
Must be able to correctly enter transactions into the cash register on a daily basis.
Completing contracts for new members and upgrades and downgrades for our present members.
Must have completed High School or equivalent.
Must hold current AHA BLS Healthcare Provider Completion Card prior to start date and maintain.
Excellent customer service skills.
Basic computer skills.
