What do Red Rocks Credit Union Member Advocates do?

  • Work as a financial guide for our members by responding to their concerns, solving their problems, providing expert advice, and partnering with them for their financial future.

  • Spend time answering the phone primarily, assisting members with their questions and needs. However, it is a launchpad to the next role that includes more advanced consulting. We love it when you develop solid, personalized relationships!

  • Excite our members with excellent service and learning how to advise members to live their best financial lives. This role requires learning the basics of financial wellness and credit, and it assists members with opening the right deposit products for them and referring for loan products.

  • Comply with all policies and procedures, including without limitation, acting professionally, conducting business ethically, avoiding conflicts of interest, and acting in the best interests of the member

  • Deliver outstanding Member Experience by providing courteous and articulate service in both written and verbal forms via telephone and digital channels.

  • Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills with minimal supervision.

  • Process financial requests including: online banking assistance, stop payments, wire transfers, and other monetary transactions.

  • Engage in and identify educational and cross-selling opportunities to help our members in "Whatever Step of Their Journey They are On".

  • This is an entry level position. If you have experience is in financial services - even better, but it's not required.

  • This role occasionally requires being present in the branch location.

  • This position allows you to work from part-time (2-3 days/week) after initial training is complete.
