Medication Nursing Assistant (Mna)

$2,000 sign on bonus for Full Time positions

Part Time and Per Diem = All Shifts

Full Time = 2nd and 3rd Shift

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: include, but are not limited to:

• Adminster medication within the scope of practice as defined by state.

• Provide warm and engaging personal care services, assistance, support and companionship.

• Engage and assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL's).

• Look for changes in residents' day and personal care needs to update their service plan.

• Encourage resident participation in community programs and activities.

Working Behavior: Promote facility in a positive way.

Promote teamwork in providing services to Residents. Promote customer service. Maintain regular and punctual attendance.

Qualifications: State licensure required.

Training/experience as nursing assistant. Skills in nurturing and organizing. Experience or interest in working with older adults. Maturity, friendliness and enjoyment of working with people.
