Upon completion of our training program and successfully obtaining your insurance licenses and AHIP Certification, you will work in the fieldto cultivate,maintainand buildrelationships with Humana's customers, external business partners and the communityweservethroughtelephonic, virtual and face-to-face interactions with individuals and groups.
We will pay for the insurancetraining program through Kaplan along with the Health & Life insurance licensing exams including the AHIP certification. We will also provide in market training.

Uponcompletion of our trainingprogram you must be able to complete and pass the insurance licensing exams and the AHIP certification (all paid for by Humana) in order to sell our products. Any Humana associate who speaks with a member in a language other than English must take a language proficiency assessment, provided by an outside vendor, to ensure competency.
