  • Medicare Recruiter

As a Medicare Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, attracting, and selecting top-quality candidates to join our Medicare sales team. You will be responsible for performing high-volume, full-cycle recruiting and creating a thriving pipeline of exceptional talent.

The Impact You Will Make

  • High-Volume Recruiting: Conduct full-cycle recruiting activities to identify and attract qualified candidates for our Medicare sales team.

  • Clearlink Advocacy: Educate applicants about Clearlink's culture, values, and the benefits of being a Clearlinker.

  • Sell the Experience: Promote the benefits of working at Clearlink and how it can positively impact candidates' lives and careers.

  • Record Keeping: Maintain detailed and thorough records for all applicants using company systems and resources.

  • Process Improvement: Proactively analyze recruiting processes and collaborate with team members to drive improvements.

What You Need

  • Recruiting Experience: 1-3 years of experience as a recruiter preferred. Must have experience recruiting for Medicare.

  • Goal-Oriented and Flexible: Ability to work individually and with a team to meet hiring goals within strict deadlines. Adaptability to an ever-changing environment.

  • Growth Mindset: Willingness to take on challenges, seek out solutions, and continuously expand knowledge.

  • Strong Communication Skills: Ability to connect and persuade individuals with diverse personalities. Create an interview environment that fosters trust, transparency, and excitement.

  • Self-Motivated: Be a driven self-starter who is committed to seeing tasks through to completion. You can identify the work that needs to be done and find innovative ways to reach the finish line.

  • Information Reporting: Proficiency in applicant tracking software, Microsoft Word and Excel, and other standard office software. Familiarity with ATS platforms is preferred.

  • 1 hour interview with the Hiring Manager

Some interview processes can vary, depending on the role. Your recruiter will give you a role-specific interview process during your first phone call.
