Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED, required.

• Experience: One year experience in healthcare, preferred.

• Licensure/Certification: NC state approved curricula for restrictive interventions (facility specific) within 3 months of hire for Emergency Departments and Behavioral Health units., required.

• Additional Skills (preferred): Experience with answering multiple phone lines. Basic computer skills. Excellent customer service behaviors.
