Essential Functions:

• Perform clinical laboratory testing according to established policies and procedures,
• Reports all test results promptly, accurately, and efficiently to the patient's caregiver in order to assist with diagnosis and treatment,
• Maintain quality assurance and quality control policies and procedures to ensure validity of test results,
• Utilize critical thinking skills to solve problems, evaluate aberrant patient results and recognize factors that may affect measurements and results,
• Consistently follows all required laboratory safety and chemical hygiene plans to ensure a safe working environment,
