We are looking for experienced Medical Technician to join our team at our Baton Rouge, LA site. Knowledge of current diagnostic tests, their functions, and normal results.

Adheres to all CORE, LLC policies and procedures.
Adheres to departmental Quality Assurance procedures.
Performs Respirator Fit testing.
Performs Pulmonary Function Test
Obtains basic history, and medical information, and take vital signs
Administers intramuscular injections under authorization and supervision of physician in accordance with State of Louisiana law and prevailing CORE, LLC agreements and protocols.
Performs collection of vital signs, Performs visual acuity and color testing.
Performs urine specimen collection following DOT regulations and/or chain of custody requirements.
Performs safe venipuncure
Performs urine dipstick testing.
Performs 12 lead EKGs.
Performs audiometric screening,
Performs other duties as required
Current EMT-Basic or Medical Assistant Certificates with state licensure, if applicable
Current CPR/BLS Certification
Pass DISA Background Check
Pass DISA Drug and Alcohol Screening
TWIC Card (preferred)
Basic Orientation Plus from Alliance Safety Council (preferred)
Must have available transportation with up to date insurance coverage
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with client and employees
