Medical Surgical Nurse (Rn)

Job Summary:

The Medical Surgical Nurse (RN) at ATC Philadelphia will be responsible for providing direct patient care in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Compensation & Benefits:

The Medical Surgical Nurse (RN) at ATC Philadelphia will receive a compensation of $52 to $54 per hour, which will be paid weekly. Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial assessments of patients' conditions and develop appropriate care plans

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians

• Monitor and document patients' vital signs and progress

• Collaborate with medical team members to ensure quality patient care

• Educate patients and their families about their medical conditions and treatment plans

• Prepare and assist with medical procedures and surgeries

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

• Respond to emergency situations in a timely and calm manner

• Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures in accordance with state and federal regulations

Requirements:

• Valid RN license in the state of Pennsylvania

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Medical Surgical Nurse

• BLS and ACLS certifications

• Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

• Must be able to lift and move patients as needed

• Flexibility to work day, night, and weekend shifts as scheduled
