Responsibilities

  • You will assemble patient medical forms or documents in sequential and chronological order and according to medical facility policies and procedures.

  • You will answer routine inquiries and refer medical questions concerning patient's condition, progress, or treatment to a Charge Nurse or Physician through an electronic medical record system.

  • You will pull and prepare daily medical records for each health care provider to supply medical information at the scheduled appointment.

  • You will review patient medical records to confirm information is current, correct, and complete.

  • You will perform data entry, data verification, and updates or edits of patient data in computer systems (e.g., Composite Health Care System [CHCS], Defense Enrollment Eligibility Reporting System [DEERS]) to support operations.

  • You will review third party registration forms (e.g., Form DD2569 [Third Party Collection Program/Medical Services Account/Other Health Insurance] or other applicable insurance forms) to confirm required information is provided.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-04 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Your specialized experience must demonstrate the following: progressive clerical experience, scheduling medical appointments, maintaining medical records and generating reports or other work that indicates the ability to acquire the particular knowledge and skills needed to perform the duties of the position OR successful completion of at least two full academic years of education above high school

This position will be located in NAS Lemoore, California with lead responsibilities for FSEs assigned. Additional financial incentives will be offered for this location. Responsibilities: The candidate will lead Field Support Engineers (FSEs) located at the same location. The candidate will be responsible for tracking emerging aircraft issues and the proposed resolution or interim workarounds, and is the main focal point for corrective actions being developed by various Integrated Product Teams (IPT's). This postion will ensure employees comply with technical direction provided by the Aero site leads & Field Team Operations (FTO) Managers in order to perform to the expectations of the contractual requirements. The lead will be responsible for assisting in the development, implementation and tracking of FSE training, interfacing and coordinating with business/program partners, aid in the recruitment and deployment of FSEs and act as a liaison between system IPTs and the F35 program customer. The lead will be responsible for employee tracking, scheduling, and customer relationships (ensuring LM Aero and customers are satisfied with services provided). FSE Responsibilities: The candidate will act as part of the Lockheed Martin Field Team Operations technical interface to the on-site Customer (both Operations and Maintenance) in resolving issues arising from maintenance and modification activities for all matters dealing with the F-35 aircraft. Accomplish troubleshooting and analysis of difficulties experienced in the field and aboard ships. Attend debriefings, to aid in the rapid identification of emerging issues that require company intervention to avoid aircraft downtime. Document all unusual operational / maintenance problems to ensure the company is apprised of and can identify emerging failure trends. Initiate Action Requests (ARs). Identifying unique operational problems that require technical, procedural, or quality assurance actions to resolve. Provide on-site assistance to company and Customer personnel initiating ARs. Provide training to Customer personnel. Must be able to work with and interact with the maintainers as well as professional engineers from other F-35 companies as a peer. Travel is required. Candidates must be willing and able to deploy with Customer personnel to the Continental United States (CONUS), Outside the Continental United States (OCONUS) and hazardous duty locations. Long term deployments may be required. US Department of Defense (DoD) mandated vaccinations may be required. Applicant must be able to work and communicate well both orally and written in a team environment as this position involves significant and continued interface with customer personnel at all levels. Provide support for the assigned site on aircraft ground maintenance and operational limitations. Direct on-site support as requested by customer, site manager or program management. Manage and track multiple engineering and logistics support activities, providing periodic status to Customer and Program Management. Must be willing to deploy to both ship and land base, as required, for a long-term assignment, work any shift, and weekends. Must have at least an Interim Secret Clearance. Must be able to obtain F-35 Program access. Must be a US Citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
