Medical Support Assistant

Actively HIRING a MEDICAL ASSISTANT for one of the TOP healthcare providers in the state of New York. This position offers competitive pay, great benefits, and opportunities for growth!

Job Description:

• Provide care and education to patients

• Following established standards and practices.

• Updates patient charts in EMR systems.

• Documents changes.

• Coordinates with other members of the care team to ensure seamless care delivery, maximal coordination of efforts, and active patient participation in planning and follow up care.

• Restock and turnover/clean rooms.

Shifts:

M-F 8:30-5:30

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• At least one year of clinical experience in a medical office / clinic or hospital setting, or graduate of an accredited medical assistant program.

• Record of prior stable employment and / or favorable references.
