As a Medical Spa Esthetician at Carolina Pines Regional Medical Center, you will play a crucial role in delivering advanced skincare treatments and personalized services to our clients. You will utilize your expertise in esthetics to provide exceptional care, promote healthy skin, and ensure a superior client experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Consultations: Conduct thorough consultations with clients to assess their skin conditions, discuss their aesthetic goals, and recommend appropriate treatments and products.

• Skincare Treatments: Perform a variety of advanced skincare treatments, including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, laser therapies, and other esthetic procedures as directed by the medical team.

• Product Recommendations: Advise clients on home care regimens and recommend skincare products that align with their individual needs and goals.

• Safety and Sanitation: Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment in accordance with industry standards and protocols. Ensure all tools and equipment are properly sterilized and maintained.

• Client Education: Educate clients on skincare techniques, the benefits of treatments, and overall skin health. Address any questions or concerns they may have.

• Record Keeping: Accurately document client treatments, progress, and any relevant information in the spa's POS system.

• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members, including medical professionals, to ensure cohesive and effective treatment plans.

• Professional Development: Stay current with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices through ongoing education and training.

Qualifications

• Valid esthetician license or certification as required by South Carolina regulations. Additional certifications in advanced treatments or modalities are a plus.

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a medical spa or clinical esthetics setting is preferred. Experience with advanced esthetics modalities is highly desirable.

• Skills: Proficient in performing a range of esthetic treatments and techniques. Strong understanding of skin anatomy, conditions, and appropriate treatment protocols.

• Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain positive client relationships.
