• $20.00 - $25.00 Hourly Depending on Experience

• 2 Weeks' Vacation

Job Responsibilities
We are currently seeking a Medical Scribe to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with our doctor and healthcare providers to accurately document patient encounters in real-time. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a passion for healthcare.

Additional responsibilities for the Medical Scribe include:

• Monday-Friday 8-4pm

• Scribe accurately documents patient encounters in real-time.

• Assist Doctor with various administrative tasks as needed.

• Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines at all times.

• Communicate effectively with the Doctor to ensure accurate documentation of patient information.

• Assist with data entry and record management as required.

Job Requirements
We are looking for dedicated and professional Medical Scribe who are committed to providing exceptional patient care and service. It is also important that you are highly organized and that you demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Specific qualifications for the Medical Scribe role include:

• Previous experience as a medical scribe or similar role is preferred but not required.

• Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures is a plus.

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• EClinicalWorks knowledge is very helpful.
