Medical Science Liaison (Associate Director/Director), Oncology - Southeast/Mid-Atlantic Region

The Mural team brings together oncology expertise and passion to make an impact on patients' lives. We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Identify, establish, and maintain clinical and scientific relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) including individual physicians, researchers and clinical and academic institutions for scientific exchange

• Act as primary conduit to investigators interested in developing research collaborations with Mural Oncology

• Engage with clinical and research investigators in support of company sponsored studies

• Attend and provide Medical Affairs support at scientific conferences

• Support internal stakeholders by providing subject matter expertise

• Respond, as appropriate, to unsolicited requests for medical/scientific information

• Provide clinical presentations and educational information in academic, community and healthcare provider settings

• Share insights from the field with appropriate internal colleagues

• Adhere to all of Mural Oncology policies and procedures

Requirements:

• Doctoral level preferred in Medicine, Biological Sciences, or Pharmacy (i.e., M.D., Ph.D, Pharm.D.)

• Minimum of 4-6 years MSL experience in the area of oncology

• Academic or clinical training, experience and knowledge in oncology

• Ovarian cancer or melanoma experience preferred

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Ability to work independently while being responsive to direction

• Self-motivated, strong leadership skills and innovative attitude

• Willingness to travel (approximately 75%) and cover relatively big territory

• Flexible to changing priorities, detail and result-oriented
