Job Description Job Description Benefits/Perks Competitive Compensation Great Work Environment Flexible schedule Job Summary We are seeking a part-time S ales Representative to join our team As a Sales Representative, you will spend your time reaching out to hospitals, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and medical offices to talk about their patients' current home care needs, take time to understand what they are looking for, and offer competitive, accurate price quotes for skilled caregivers. You will also manage relationships with existing clients, stay up to date with home health trends, and maintain a good working knowledge of services offered to be a true resource for our clients.

The ideal candidate has demonstrable sales experience, especially in home health and eldercare, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to absorb and retain complex information. The Sales Representative is needed on a part-time and temporary basis, and would act as a consultant. The work does not involve reporting to an office, but does involve making sales calls, attending sales meetings, setting up meetings on our behalf with facilities, as well as following up with potential leads.

Pay is commission-only on the first referral made by a facility. Responsibilities Reach out to new and potential clients to form relationships, assess needs, and provide pricing and sales pitches Maintain existing relationships with clients to make recommendations and assist with issues Keep up with industry trends to understand the needs of clients. Maintain excellent working knowledge of all services provided Qualifications Demonstratable sales experience desired Previous medical knowledge or understanding of basic medical concepts helpful Strong communication and interpersonal skills Strongly self-motivated, and very goal oriented Strong organizational skills
