As a Territory Manager at Paragon 28, you will play a vital role in our mission to enhance the success of our medical device representatives in the dynamic New York City market. You will be responsible for managing and growing our market share, with a focus on the Eastside of Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, and the Bronx. Your role will involve working closely with our distributor and foot and ankle representatives to provide guidance, support, and training to drive sales growth and deepen product knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
Distributor Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with our distributor in the New York City area, ensuring alignment on sales strategies and goals.
Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategic plans to increase market share and product sales within the assigned territory.
Representative Support: Provide training, coaching, and mentorship to foot and ankle medical device representatives, equipping them with the tools and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
Product Knowledge: Conduct product training sessions and workshops to deepen representatives' understanding of Paragon 28's product portfolio, features, and benefits.
Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to provide ongoing support to medical device representatives, including assistance with customer presentations, product demonstrations, and troubleshooting.
Customer Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with key healthcare professionals, including surgeons and podiatrists, to drive product adoption and loyalty.
Compliance: Ensure that all representatives adhere to regulatory and compliance requirements in the sale and promotion of Paragon 28's medical devices.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a Science related field. Advanced degree is a plus.
Proven track record in medical device sales, in the foot and ankle surgery domain.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
Excellent presentation and training facilitation abilities.
Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving sales growth and achieving targets.
Knowledge of the New York City healthcare market is advantageous.
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed.
