Ability to maintain an efficient and organized medical record filing system to facilitate data retrieval.
Demonstrate ability process new documents in a timely manner keeping all electronic/paper charts current.
Ability to complete necessary functions for the administrative admission/discharge of a patient.
Ability to Inventory and order office, marketing, and medical supplies to ensure adequacy and availability of supplies at all times.

Maintains an efficient and organized medical record system to meet regulatory and HIPPA compliance, including but not limited to purging files to Iron Mountain as needed.
Completes necessary administrative functions from admission to discharge on Hospice & Palliative patient's records, including scanning, faxing and tracking MD orders, CTIs and 485s.
Provides tracking, maintenance, follow up and communication with MDs, patient families and staff.
Completes administrative duties as assigned to assure efficient operations of the agency, to include phone management, and back up for Medication orders as needed.
Attend department specific meetings as needed.
Maintain office, medical, and administrative supplies.
Participates in performance improvement.
