Dignity Health Medical Group is the employed physician group of Dignity Health Arizona. Dignity Health Medical Group (DHMG) employs approximately 200 providers and 500 support staff that cover a wide variety of specialties. The medical group has had tremendous success over the past few years and now provides more than 73 subspecialty services.

The physicians provide clinical services in their areas of specialty and many serve in pivotal academic, research and leadership roles.

DHMG is also heavily involved in preparing tomorrow's healthcare providers. DHMG has 84 medical school students and approximately 200 residents and fellows throughout the 25 academic programs. Clinical services are complemented with translational and bench research to augment medical education for residents and students.

SUMMARY - The Medical Records Clerk ensures the medical records for the clinic are organized and complete to support patient care. Prepares folders of new patients and maintains folders of existing patients.

Assists with other clinic support duties as needed. Must be organized and detail oriented.




One-year clerical experience

Familiarity with applicable alphabetic and numeric filing systems

JOB SUMMARY: The Arizona Department of Corrections (ADC) is seeking multiple qualified individuals to perform complex clerical work regarding inmate records. JOB DUTIES: * Prepares and files documents in chronological, terminal and digital order in offender files * Maintains records and files in accordance with ADC policies and guidelines * Reviews and audits offenders' information files for accuracy * Distributes mail to appropriate section * Answers multi-line phone and responds to public inquiries * Loads and unloads inactive records from transport vehicle * Drive on State business * Performs other duties appropriate to assignment SPECIAL SELECTION FACTOR(S) – THE FOLLOWING ARE REQUIRED: Requires possession of, and ability to retain a current, valid state-issued driver's license appropriate to the assignment.
