Welcomes patients and visitors in person and on the telephone
Answer inquiries or refer questions to the appropriate team member
Manage patient workflow and data in an electronic format
Basic administrative duties such as filing, answering phones, scanning documents
Insurance verification and collection of co-pays
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
May assist other team members with their duties as workload dictates

Requirements

Friendly and outgoing
High school diploma
Experience with electronic medical records
Basic computer proficiency
Familiarity with some medical terminology is preferred, but not required
