We are currently seeking a bilingual in Spanish Medical Receptionist that will work effectively within the Windrose Health Network culture, which is described as family-friendly, supportive, transparent, and treats employees as we would want employees to treat our patients. We are seeking a Medical Receptionist-Bilingual in Spanish that is a good advocate for their patients, solution-oriented, honest, and passionate. Offering pertinent information:

  • Directing callers to appropriate Health Center staff
  • Taking messages when appropriate
  • Schedules appointments, verifies registration information and patient demographics
  • Collects patient co-pays or other payments
  • Inspects reception room for neatness

Education, Experience & Training:

  • High School graduate or GED required; excellent Customer Service skills .
  • A qualified candidate should preferably have at least two (2) years of work experience as a Receptionist in a health care service delivery setting.
  • A qualified candidate should have a working knowledge of MicroSoft Word and Excel and a working knowledge of electronic medical record (EMR).
  • Bilingual Spanish/English

Experience:

  • Customer service: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Medical terminology: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Computer skills: 1 year (Preferred)

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
