Health's Comprehensive Care at Home team strives to provide high-touch, team-based, comprehensive house-calls to a high-risk cohort of patients. Our Medical Office Manager will be responsible for managing provider schedules, supervising day to day operations, quality assurance processes and metrics, regulatory requirements, and patient and provider relations. You will work closely with the Lead Physicians to ensure high standards in the work environment, and you will be supported by navi

Oversee all aspects of day-to-day operations of the home-based medical team's office hub to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and departmental policies/procedures
Maintain a quality culture in the workplace, providing dynamic feedback to staff and adherence to procedural standards and performance
Ensure home-based medical team if fully equipped and supported with functioning technology
With the assistance of staff members, oversee the equipment management process to ensure all clinical and non-clinical equipment is properly stocked, maintained, and repaired as needed
Support development, implementation, and upkeep of policies and procedures for the home-based medical team
Ensure patient satisfaction, including troubleshooting when there is a complaint and developing process improvements to prevent recurrences
Ensure staffing is appropriate for day to day operations; support hiring and training activities in collaboration with Clinical Outcomes, People and Culture, and other navi
Health teams as needed
Meet with clinical and support staff on a regular basis to review departmental progress and create positive collaboration between clinical and non-clinical colleagues
Other duties as assigned
Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business management, or related field
3+ years of working experience as an Office Manager in a medical environment
In-depth knowledge of clinical procedures, operations, and terminology
Knowledge of regulations related to Medicare, Medicaid, and insurance providers
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills with strong customer service orientation
Clear, concise, and persuasive verbal and written communication. Must be able to positively interact with other clinicians, senior management, patients and their families, and all levels of medical and non-medical professionals
Highly motivated, flexible, and adaptable to working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Comfortable with technology; willing and able to learn new software tools
