The Team Leader is the key individual within the clinic responsible for achieving our Mission Statement to provide the best healthcare possible, in a kind and caring environment, while respecting the rights of all patients, in an economical manner, at times and locations convenient to the patient. Team Leaders create and nurture a high performance work culture through leading by example and setting and enforcing high standards of performance.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Team Leaders are responsible for ensuring a superior patient experience by:

  • Courtesy Ensuring every patient is treated warmly and empathetically.

  • Contact ensuring each patient has an interaction every 10 to 15 minutes

  • Communication Ensuring every patient understands their diagnosis and treatment and addressing any concerns promptly.

  • Timeliness Ensuring timely patient turn-around through prompt registration and efficient clinic operations

  • Follow-Up Ensuring that every patient is asked to return to the clinic and to refer their friends and family to us as part of our Ambassador Program.

Team Leaders are responsible for following established processes by:

  • Facilities Maintaining our facilities to provide a positive patient environment.

  • Procedures Ensuring team members comply with established procedures

Team Leaders are responsible for developing an effective and cohesive team by:

  • Direction Clearly communicating expectations

  • Training Ensuring each team member receives the training and resources to be successful in their role.

  • Accountability Ensuring that every team member knows their role and responsibilities and is accountable to themselves and others for their performance.


  • High school Diploma or GED required, Four year college degree preferred but not required

  • Demonstrated skills in written, verbal and consultative communications

  • Ability to deliver high levels of customer service and achieve customer satisfaction

We are a diversified service contract organization throughout the US that works with all levels of the government. Administrative Assistant/ CSR assists in the day-to-day functions of the office. The position receives, responds and resolves customer calls regarding service requests and/or issues. Enter and update data information into a computer. Dispatchers ensure routes are complete and assist with resolving customer issues and missed stops. Responsibilities * Pre-employment and onboarding of new employees * Thoroughly report and keep track of accidents, incidents and worker comp claims * Complete affirmative action and capsule report every month * Track and report driver and service tech tonnage slips * Keep track of all invoices * Regional manager P-card monthly reconciliation * Request office supplies * Assist Regional Manager with all termination paperwork * DOT reimbursement * Bi-weekly payroll * Filing paperwork * Maintain, receive and distribute mail * Follow up on voicemail and emails * Resolve customer service issues * Assist management with the daily activity of route drivers * Troubleshoot and resolve service, pick-up and/or delivery issues * Manage/collect on suspended and past due accounts * Set up interviews and meetings for management * Assist in the new hire process * Maintain a positive work atmosphere by performing and communicating in a manner that promotes good relationships with employees, co-workers, and management * Assist with other special projects as requested * Other duties as assigned by management Requirements /Skills * Must possess knowledge of service area ability to read maps and give direction * Knowledge and experience in Soft-Pak and EasyRoute is a plus! * Ability to communicate in a professional manner * Ability to handle a heavy call volume in a professional and efficient manner * Must be organized and detail orientated with the ability to multi-task * Possesses proven analytical/problem-solving solutions for the customer and the company * Computer proficiency in Windows and Microsoft application; Word, Outlook, and Excel * Must possess a professional demeanor and telephone etiquette * Previous dispatch experience is a plus * Ability to work overtime, weekends, and/or holidays * Waste industry experience is a plus * Must be able to work independently, identify issues, make decisions, assist management and resolve problems Qualifications * Legally eligible to work in the United States * Must successfully complete pre-employment testing * Must be able to read and speak the English language well enough to communicate, understand and respond to questions, direction, traffic signals, and training * Minimum one-year experience in an office environment Wages and Benefits * RRWS paid 100% for the employee of the following insurance benefits * Medical plan * Dental plan * Vision plan * Paid holidays * 401K and Roth retirement plans; Employer will match 0.50 cents to your dollar up to 6% on the 401K plan only. * PTO * Promotions within the company Red River Waste Solutions Madison AL
