The Team Leader is the key individual within the clinic responsible for achieving our Mission Statement to provide the best healthcare possible, in a kind and caring environment, while respecting the rights of all patients, in an economical manner, at times and locations convenient to the patient. Team Leaders create and nurture a high performance work culture through leading by example and setting and enforcing high standards of performance.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Team Leaders are responsible for ensuring a superior patient experience by:

  • Courtesy Ensuring every patient is treated warmly and empathetically.

  • Contact ensuring each patient has an interaction every 10 to 15 minutes

  • Communication Ensuring every patient understands their diagnosis and treatment and addressing any concerns promptly.

  • Timeliness Ensuring timely patient turn-around through prompt registration and efficient clinic operations

  • Follow-Up Ensuring that every patient is asked to return to the clinic and to refer their friends and family to us as part of our Ambassador Program.

Team Leaders are responsible for following established processes by:

  • Facilities Maintaining our facilities to provide a positive patient environment.

  • Procedures Ensuring team members comply with established procedures

Team Leaders are responsible for developing an effective and cohesive team by:

  • Direction Clearly communicating expectations

  • Training Ensuring each team member receives the training and resources to be successful in their role.

  • Accountability Ensuring that every team member knows their role and responsibilities and is accountable to themselves and others for their performance.


  • High school Diploma or GED required, Four year college degree preferred but not required

  • Demonstrated skills in written, verbal and consultative communications

  • Ability to deliver high levels of customer service and achieve customer satisfaction

Duties and responsibilities include: * Will perform installation/configuration, operation and maintenance of system hardware, software and related infrastructure on multiple platforms, primarily Windows systems. * Plans, executes, and reports on the developmental test and evaluation of the AFGIMS application. * Provides individual technical effort in responding to questions/issues of critical importance to the customer. * Supports the development of strategic test documents such as Integrated Test Plans (ITP), test team charters and Modeling and Simulation Development Plans as applicable. * Assists in ensuring system requirements are testable and advises on performance measures, test entry/exit criteria, test design limitations and constraints, and test progress. * Develops and employs tests utilizing performance-testing tools. * Identifies and documents deficiencies and anomalies of systems under test, evaluates and reports deficiencies, provides recommendations, and participates in deficiency review boards. * Prepares, executes, reviews, and analyzes test objectives, plans, procedures and metrics; prepares reports throughout the software development life cycle. * Develops and writes methods of tests, test cases, test cards, and any other test process documents required to plan, execute and report on testing. * Must be willing to work extended hours including weekends and holidays when required to meet mission requirements. Required Experience One of the following combinations is required: Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3 years of applicable experience -OR- Associate's Degree and 7 years of applicable experience -OR- HS Diploma or Equivalent and 9 years of applicable experience. * Ability to obtain and maintain a SECRET security clearance. * Software patch testing * Must possess an IAT-II level baseline certification (CompTIA Security+) * Must have a demonstrated ability to work effectively on a team and to lead and direct the work of others. * Must be able to communicate effectively both orally and in writing including communication skills in areas of technical writing, briefings, and formal presentations. Preferred Experience: * Experience with administration of Microsoft SQL server and supporting database to include any past experience with applying DISA Security * Technical Implementation Guide (STIG) configurations to SQL servers. Experience configuring and managing database enabled applications * Experience with Microsoft group security policies and their application within a Windows Active Directory domain to include actual implementation and sustainment * Experience with administrating and sustaining Windows servers to include dedicated application servers, backup servers, and domain controllers * Working knowledge and experience with servers and workstations * Experience configuring and managing database enabled applications * Knowledge of software installations such as HBSS, RSA and LCE on accredited computing systems * Experience with Microsoft group security policies and their application within a Windows Active Directory domain to include actual implementation and sustainment * Experience with test automation tools and utilities supporting test execution * Active SECRET clearance Applicant selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
