Medical Office Billing Supervisor

• Requires 2-year minimum Coding and Billing experience in a Medical Office Supervisory Role
• Have a strong working knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid and all other insurance carriers.
• Excellent People, Phone, and Communication Skills.
• Strong Desire to Work with and Serve Others.
• Verify all patient insurance coverages and insurance pre-certification as needed.
• Must possess excellent computer skills and be able to instruct others in Excel, Google Docs, Microsoft Office.
• Responsible for the daily staff supervision relative to patient accounting, customer services and daily posting of patient payments.
• Provide direction for medical staff to make sure all services are properly coded and billed.
• Coordinate with our Billing Outsource Company to ensure all services performed are billed appropriately and collected in a timely manner.
• Provides billing support and guidance to physicians, nurse practitioners, counselors, and clinical staff.

Office Hours:

Mon, Tues, Thurs: 5:00 am- 1:00 pm
Wed: 4:00 am- 1:00 pm
Fri: 5:00 am- 12:00 pm

These hours are negotiable.

May be able to work remote after 90 day probationary period.

Able to walk up and down stairs.
