CE Medical Group is excited to be recruiting for a Medical Office Administrator to work with Sound Pain Alliance, a pain management group in Washington that is rapidly expanding. We are searching for an Office Administrator with a flexible approach and a high energy level to join an organization with a fast-paced, exciting, and collaborative atmosphere to help manage our 13 locations.

Position Focus

  • Provide oversight of multi-location and multi-provider practices in collaboration with the Chief Operating Officer and Practice Administrator.

  • Work alongside Senior Management and the CEO on developing and implementing strategic initiatives.

  • Help oversee 60 + FTEs

  • Other responsibilities include problem solving, project management, delegation, and effective follow up.

Qualifications

  • 5 years healthcare operations experience required.
  • 5 years of back office medical experience preferred.

We provide specialized expertise to help pain practices grow and thrive. CE Medical Group has been working with Sound Pain Alliance since it started, helping the practice's operations, workflow, and provider recruitment.

The Sound Pain Alliance is Mt. Baker Pain Clinic, Peninsula Pain Clinic, Northwest Pain Management Associates, Acute Pain Therapies, Black Stone Physical Medicine, and Puget Sound Pain Clinic. They are a group of pain management clinics specialized in the treatment of back pain, sciatica, neck pain, cancer pain and other chronic painful conditions. They are dedicated to helping our patients take control of their lives again by controlling their pain. Sound Pain Alliance's 13 locations are in the pacific northwest, spanning from Corvallis, OR to Bellingham, WA.

Pay range: $75,000 to $85,000 annual salary, depending on experience.
