Medical Laboratory Technician/Nc

Select Laboratory Partners, Greensboro NC is seeking to hire a full time medical laboratory technician to work in a physician office managed by SLP. Physician office is located in Greensboro NC. Extensive training is provided in Clinical Chemistry and Urinalysis. Laboratory utilizes state of the art laboratory instruments and laboratory information system.

Job duties include but not limited to:

• Identify, troubleshoot, document and resolve problems with instruments

• Perform pre-analytic checks and maintenance as required

• Perform Calibrations, Quality control, and analyze blood and urine samples

• Verify and report patient results to ordering providers

• Follow safe laboratory practice and standard operating procedure

• Provide courteous customer support

• Comply with HIPPA. OSHA and CLIA requirements

Position is full time working Monday - Friday day shift hours. Option for Medical, Dental and Vision benefits. Company paid $50K life insurance. 401K enrollment available thru ADP TotalSource

Education and experience requirements:

Preferred applicant must hold an Associates degree as a medical laboratory technician with clinical laboratory experience in Urinalysis and Clinical Chemistry. New college graduates as MLT with Associates degree will be considered.
