Responsibilities

We are seeking a candidate who enjoys working in a collaborative team environment with other CBO Managers, Medical Group Managers, and Directors. If this sounds interesting, you should also know that we offer a very competitive compensation package and great benefits.

As our new Manager of Medical Group Coding, you will be responsible for a team of Certified Coders in our Medical Group Business Office. In this role, you will assist the Director of Medical Group Business Office by managing the day-to-day operations and performance of your Medical Billing Team. As you would suspect, creating and reviewing denial reports related to our medical group billing performance will be part of your regular duties. You will also provide Coding Education to our Physicians and Mid-Level providers.

Qualifications

Education and Work Experience

Three (3) or more years of applicable Managerial work experience preferred. Certified Medical Coder.

Bachelor's degree preferred. Knowledge of healthcare industry and Medical Group - Revenue Cycle/Business Office preferred.
