Medical Graft Technician - Kettering Traditional - 2Nd, 3Rd, Weekend Shifts

Our Traditional processing technicians transform the donor gift of musculoskeletal tissue. In this area, technicians will produce grafts for various customers using bandsaws, drills, etc. Each graft is produced to specific tolerance; sometimes to the mm and are then ran through a series of cleaning agents to reduce bioburden prior to final packaging. Technicians in this department additionally, produce FFP (for further processing) grafts that help to support production within additional subdivisions of the department.

Multiple positions available, starting at $19.00 + shift differential. Second and Weekend Shifts pay 10% more, and Third shift pays $15% more.

Second Shift: Monday

• Friday 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM

Third Shift: Sunday

• Thursday 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM

Weekend Shift: Saturday/Sunday 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM & one 12 hour shift OR two 8 hour shifts during the week

Minimum Requirements:

• High School Diploma/GED

• Regular attendance is an essential function of all positions.

• Must be able to work within a team setting and possess the ability to receive and follow directions.

• Must be able to report numbers accurately.

• Requires heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs), moderate to continuous levels of standing and is physically demanding.

• Some areas of Manufacturing may require the ability to work around high magnetic circuits or magnetic fields.

• Requires good eye-hand coordination skills.

• Must be able to meet the required physical demands with or without reasonable accommodation.
