Central Coast Home Health is a locally owned and operated organization with an excellent reputation throughout the San Luis Obispo and Santa Barbara Counties. We are seeking a fulltime Front Office Receptionist to join our team in our San Luis Obispo office.
The Receptionist will be able to answer multiple phone lines for a variety of disciplines with accuracy and efficiency, answering questions and assisting patients as able, taking messages as needed to ensure patient care is planned, coordinated and delivered appropriately while dealing with constant interruptions with the ability to stay on task and re-prioritize workload as needed.
Work Schedule: Full-time hours, Monday through Friday, 8 AM- 5 PM; with one weekend day 1-2 x/month.
Qualifications:
Must have previous work experience in a busy office environment
Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred
Excellent written & verbal communication skills
Able to type at least 40 wpm
Ability to perform several tasks concurrently with ease and professionalism
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft programs (Outlook and Word)
Must be able to keep internal business information confidential
Healthcare industry background not required, but helpful
