Medical Front Desk Receptionist

We are looking for an individual with at least 3 years of experience working in a fast paced medical office with a preference in plastics Location

• Kenilworth, Illinois Salary

• Starting at $21/hr based on experience Contract role with the opportunity to get hired on permanently Day to Day: Answering a very high volume of phone calls (can have multiple calls on-hold at once while simultaneously checking patients in.
  
  Communicating with patients when inputting patient info in-person and over the phone. Rooming patients to the exam room. Checking patients out of the clinic and taking payments.
  
  Scheduling appointments in-person and over the phone for both surgeries and the medical spa. Taking phone calls and triage as necessary. Would assist with medical clinic and medical spa.
  
  Clinic room maintenance. Working on NextTech EMR Shift: Monday
