Are you enthusiastic about working to educate the next generation of Women's Health Physicians? Then join our team! The Department of OB-GYN is seeking a Medical Education Program Specialist to coordinate and run our 4-year residency program.
What You'll Do:
Create, update and maintain the schedule for the residency; develop and manage intricate clinical rotation schedules.
Support weekly resident didactic activities including Resident School.
Plan and implement initiatives and projects for a complex medical residency program.
Coordinate the recruitment, selection, and onboarding of residents.
Engage and maintain relationships with internal and external preceptors and sites.
Serve as the go-to liaison for our 24 residents.
What We're Looking For:
Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously.
A proactive problem-solver who is able to participate in strategic planning.
Experience in medical education or healthcare administration is a plus.
Technologically savvy; Expertise in Outlook, PowerPoint and Smartsheets a plus.

OB-GYN Office hours are Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm. After successful completion of a probationary period, this position is eligible for a hybrid work schedule. Due to business needs, Fridays are always an in-person work day.

Conditions of Employment Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or GED; at least 6 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis.
