Role Summary:

The Foot & Ankle division is a growing and dynamic team that is looking for a motivated candidate to be a Medical Education Lab Coordinator and jump start their career. The successful candidate will be responsible for operation and management of Enovis' Foot & Ankle labs and lab processes. Duties will include both onsite (Lewisville, Houston, and Atlanta) cadaver labs as well as lab coordination for all field-based lab request for our Sales, Marketing, and R&D teams.

Key Responsibilities:

The following are the primary duties and responsibilities of this role. Other related duties may be assigned to meet the business need.

• Order tissue/specimens for labs

• Be responsible for lab set up/clean up

• Perform inventory sterile processing of workshop sets and instruments

• Oversee lab inventory

• Maintain lab to state and local regulations

• Support offsite Sales, Marketing, MedEd labs, when needed

• Design and streamline lab processes

• Keep Medical Education surrounding area clean, safe, and organized

Minimum Basic Qualifications

• 3+ years related experience with inventory management and lab coordination

• Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

• Ability to travel up to 40%

• Climate controlled workspace

• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time

Desired Characteristics

• Handles challenges well; solves problems effectively and can lead change with speed

• Experience and/or background in the Orthopedic and Medical Device industry is not mandatory, but would be a "nice to have"

• Ability to communicate clearly, professionally, and effectively with management, co-workers, and other departments

• Manages workload efficiently and effectively
